Which cloud should we use — AWS, Azure or GCP?
Whichever fits your team, workloads and budget — we’re cloud-agnostic and run production systems across providers. We’ll recommend based on your existing skills, compliance needs and cost profile, and we can also plan a migration between clouds when it makes sense.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often no. Kubernetes is powerful but carries an operational cost. For many teams a managed platform like ECS, App Runner or Azure Container Apps delivers the same scalability with far less overhead. We recommend Kubernetes only when your scale and team genuinely justify it.
How do you keep our cloud costs under control?
We right-size compute, remove idle and orphaned resources, use autoscaling so you pay for actual demand, and set budget alerts so surprises surface early. Cost optimization is an ongoing dashboard we hand over, not a one-time cleanup.
Can you improve our infrastructure without a full rebuild?
Yes. We usually start by adding CI/CD, infrastructure as code and monitoring to what you already run, fixing the highest-risk gaps first. A full re-architecture is only recommended when the current setup genuinely blocks your goals.
How do you handle cloud security and compliance?
Least-privilege IAM, encrypted secrets management, network and port lockdown, patching and audit logging — the same hardening we run on our own fleet and the DPDP-aware controls behind ProtectComply. Security is built into the pipeline, not bolted on afterwards.
